Liquid filtration
Effective filtration systems for continuous cleaning and extending the life of washing baths, which significantly reduce the costs of chemicals and waste disposal.
Oil separator
The oil separator is used to remove dirt and other surface contaminants from process fluids, such as coolants and degreasers. The oil separator is used as a fixed installation or mounted on a trolley for servicing any number of tanks.
The surface is cleaned of impurities by means of a self-regulating suction unit called a tilting skimmer. A slowly rotating electrically driven diaphragm pump is designed to prevent the impurities from the oil from mixing with the liquid, thus ensuring effective separation. The impurities from the oil flow into a collection container and the cleaned liquid is returned to the machine tank.
Supplied in various sizes according to customer needs.
Magnetic flow separator
BELKI magnetic flow filter is used to filter out the smallest metal particles and solids from coolants, hydraulic fluids, lubricants and various other industrial fluids for metalworking. BELKI magnetic flow filter can be used in various machining applications such as: honing, grinding, parts washing, etc.
The liquid flows through the pipe near a strong magnetic bar, where magnetic particles are captured. The magnetic field is created by powerful rare earth magnets. The BELKI magnetic flow filter can be supplied with a cleaning station, which ensures quick and easy maintenance and cleaning.
Bandpass filter
The belt filter is a versatile and reliable filter for liquid filtration. The BELKI belt filter can be used for many process liquids, such as grinding fluids, coolants and degreasers. Depending on the application and requirements, the belt filter can be supplemented with a magnetic filter for fine filtration of magnetic particles that are smaller than the mesh size of the filter media.
The liquid is filtered through a non-woven filter medium; its quality is selected according to the specific application. The used filter medium is separated from the deposits and can be removed separately. Filtration is more efficient if the deposits that form on the filter medium are not washed away. On the contrary, the deposits form a filter layer that retains small particles.
Magnetic filter
-
Magnetic fine filtration of process fluids is particularly suitable for filtering liquids with particles generated during grinding and cast iron processing. The magnetic filter has various applications, for example for coolants, grinding fluids, washing fluids up to 80 °C and other liquids with metal particles. The magnetic filter is often used in combination with BELKI belt filters or central systems.

The magnetic belt filter is fully automatic and only needs to be set up when it is started. The magnetic field is created by permanent magnets and therefore no energy is required to create it. The belt is transported at intervals as soon as the particles have accumulated to a certain level. The extremely strong permanent magnets create a strong magnetic field that ensures the filtration of very fine particles down to a size of less than 10 μm. The feed intervals are set so that the particles have the necessary time to dry before leaving the magnetic filter. The deposits are removed from the manual magnetic filter (3.10 M) using a scraper.
BELKI Smart Unit
The BELKI intelligent unit is used to separate particles and oils from process fluids – especially cooling lubricants. It is a mobile unit that can be easily moved between machine tools. Thanks to its slim design and low power requirements, this unit is suitable for almost all metalworking workshops.
The process liquid is removed by one of the BELKI Smart Unit's removal devices or by means of a suction device that filters the bottom of the machine sump. Particles are separated by a belt filter, impurities are separated by an integrated oil separator. Even the finest metal particles can be captured by an optional magnetic filter. The separated oil is stored in an internal tank, the particles are fed into a sludge tank and the used filter paper is automatically wound up. The cleaned emulsion is returned to the machine sump
